Psychological response and specific features of the mental state of patients with osteoarthritis

The problem of psychological response of patients with osteoarthritis is revealed. It is emphasized that at present, there is a great interest of specialists in the field of internal medicine in personality problems, patient psychology, the study of the relationships between somatic and mental health, the growing need to fill the lack of knowledge of clinical psychology, and the need to form a psychosomatic model of the disease.
