"Психологическая аутопсия" при суициде: история вопроса и современное состояние

В статье представлено становление «психологической аутопсии» - метода ретроспективного исследования психического состояния суицидента перед самоубийством и факторов, повлиявших на решение о добровольном уходе. Анализируются ранние работы, а также современные исследования. Приводится определение психологической аутопсии по Э. Шнейдману, а также его подход к целевому использованию результатов посмертного исследования состояния суицидента. Излагаются основные результаты исследований состояния суицидентов, проведённых при помощи психологической аутопсии, с вниманием к социокультурной специфике. Обсуждается проблема роли клинического диагноза при посмертном анализе факторов суицидального поведения. Подчеркивается важность учёта психосоциальных факторов, и анализа взаимодействия между психическим расстройством, социальным неблагополучием и социальной изоляцией. Уделяется внимание возможностям применения метода на подростковой выборке с учётом необходимости проведения интервью с родителями, оценки качества получаемой от них информации, и возможностей применения не только опроса, но и скринингового метода в виде полуструктурированного интервью...
