Psychoimmunoendocrinological status in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis (clinical and therapeutic aspects)

The aim of the study was to select immuno- and psychomodu-lating medications for inclusion into combined therapy of the euthyroid stage of autoimmune thyroiditis with non-psychotic psychiatric disorders. We performed the comparative study of three different therapeutic approaches: 1)vobenzim monotherapy; 2) tanacan and coaxil; 3) the combination of vobenzim, tanacan, and coaxil. We conclude that the combined therapy is advantageous in achieving integrated efficiency of the therapy of autoimmune thyroiditis.
