Промышленная политика в условиях «ресурсного проклятия»: между Сциллой и Харибдой

В статье анализируются необходимость и возможности проведения промышленной политики в условиях существования так называемого «ресурсного проклятия» – ситуации, когда при определенных условиях долгосрочный экономический рост замедляется в ресурсообеспеченных странах. Показано, что в ситуации «ресурсного проклятия» увеличиваются основания для проведения промышленной политики, однако уменьшается вероятность ее эффективного проведения.
