The hospitality industry as an object of management is a complex heterogeneous entity with unequal ownership. The article deals with the network management mechanisms of the hotel business. The author develops a classification of management images. The article presents organizational and economic mechanism for managing a hotel business. The content of the con-cept of "hotel chain" in domestic and foreign science is considered, as well as the directions of improving the network mechanism are determined.
