Federal law draft No. 469485-7 "About introduction of amendments to the federal law "about advocate activity and advocacy profession in the Russian Federation ":main positions of representatives of advocate`s community and suggestion for improvement

Purpose: To reveal the most significant positive and negative characteristics of the studied Federal law draft No. 469485-7 and to formulate the offers directed to its improvement. Methodology: A method of systems analysis, formal-legal, comparative and legal, the method of studying of documents and other methods of knowledge were used. Results: In article on the basis of earlier published opinions, responses, scientific works, the legislative short stories offered to acceptance in Federal law draft № 469485-7 «About introduction of amendments to the Federal law «About Lawyer Activity and Legal Profession in the Russian Federation » are investigated. Positive and negative characteristics of the bill are marked out, the measures sent to its completion are proposed. Novelty/originality/value: The importance of work is that the author generalized the main positions of representatives of lawyer community formulated on the questions connected with contents of Federal law draft No. 469485-7 and the directions for its improvement are defined.
