The process of forming of the legal competence of specialists nonlegal profile in pedagogical theory and practice

The analysis of psychological-pedagogical and legal literature has allowed the author to describe the process of legal competence with respect to various fields, including specialities of non-legal profile (in particular, social work, social-cultural service and tourism, political science, sociology and psychology). Special attention is paid to the competency-based approach focusing on the problem-like construction of the content, the use of modern educational technologies, active forms and methods of training.
