Problems of implementation of GEF of secondary general education in the transition period

The process of implementing of Federal state educational standards of general education proved to be rather difficult not so much in the substantive opinion as in the organizational one. The authors of the article consider problems and risk factors during the transition period from the level of basic general education to the level of secondary general education in the context of difficulties in implementing the basic educational program.
