The issue of national consciousness in the works of G. P. Fedotov

The article is devoted to the work of the Russian historian, philosopher and publicist Georgy Fedotov, whose research was aimed at the study of Russian culture. In the context of the turbulent events of the First World War and revolutionary years, he sought to find in the past the stable foundations of national life that allowed Russia to live and develop for ages. On this path, he turned to the study of traditions as a stable form of social interaction, which brought him to the development of his own philosophical concepts of the national and the historical.
