Privatization as a way to preserve the cultural heritage of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to issues of state protection of cultural heritage objects and the development of new ways of working in the field. The author specifically examines the possible forms of interaction, considering privatization as one of the ways to effectively finance, and therefore save the facility. In addition, the possible risks and aspects of the legislation that affect the possibility of privatizing (other forms of ownership) of cultural heritage objects are identified in the work.
