Application of sociological research in the field of rural employment

The article deals with the issues of effective use of methods of sociological research in the field of rural employment in labor-surplus regions. A great place in the work is occupied by the consideration of approaches and methods of conducting a sociological survey. The main attention is paid to the study of labor recruitment and employment of the rural population at the district level. The results of a sociological survey conducted to determine the main directions and areas of employment in the medium term are presented.
