Practice of health-improving aerobics in adaptive physical education of senior schoolgirls with intellectual disabilities

The article presents the experimental results of the use of wellness aerobics in the process of adaptive physical education of girls 16-18 years old with intellectual disabilities. The technique is based on the complex application of varieties of wellness aerobics taking into account age and nosological features, used as additional activities aimed at improving the functional and psychophysical development of girls with intellectual disabilities. There was a more significant positive dynamics of improvement in the functional and psychophysical condition of girls with intellectual impairment, as opposed to additional classes of traditional gymnastics.
