This article discusses the importance of working with claims for companies seeking to improve competitiveness in the market. The main aspects of the claim work are covered. Possible sources of claims are presented. The detailed description of work with the received claim is given. The work with fair and unfair complaints of clients is considered, and recommended actions are described when an unfair complaint is received. In describing the work with claims, the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 are taken into account.
