Purpose: Definition of the concept of counterfeit products, a brief description of the responsibility for its turnover, the characteristics of the circumstances of the use of counterfeit products in the field of housing and communal services. Methodology: Methods of analysis of legal norms and statistical data were used. Results: The article defines counterfeit products, identifies the responsibility for the introduction of counterfeit goods into circulation, analyzes the facts of the use of counterfeit products in the field of housing and communal services.
