Entrepreneurial university: essence and peculiarities of formation

Different approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "entrepreneurial university" are considered in the article. Features of entrepreneurship of higher educational establishments are indicated. The main obstacles to the formation of entrepreneurial university are identified. Recommendations for transformation of modern higher educational establishments in the entrepreneurial structure are developed.
