Legal status of the data collected by the advocate and his ratio with a procedural form of proofs

Purpose: To investigate the legislative provisions causing legal status of the data collected by the lawyer. Methodology: Analytical, formal and logical and comparative and legal methods of research were used. Results: In article an attempt to prove equal validity of the proofs collected by subjects state and lawyer investigation that is in turn the basis for a conclusion that the data collected by the lawyer become proofs not at the time of representation in business. Novelty/originality/value: The article possesses the high scientific and practical value as contains the new concept about the proofs collected by the lawyer.
