Legal regulation changes in the external borders of Simbirsk (Ulyanovsk) province during the first decade of soviet system

The article deals with the legal regulation changes in the external borders of Simbirsk (Ulyanovsk) province in 1918-1928.The author studied the processes of transmission to neighboring areas in the region of the Federation. The author also analyzed the loss of area and population in the province during the reform of the administrative and territorial boundaries.
