Legal regulation of information and propaganda work in the system of moral and psychological maintenance of armed forces’ activity

The article describes particular issues of legal regulation of information and propaganda work as the type of moral and psychological maintenance of the Russian Armed Forces’ activity. The author stresses the importance of such work in peaceful time, during military operations and Armed Forces’ involvement in peace-keeping operations. The author’s proposals concerning elaboration of the current legislation in the given field of social relations are of special importance.
