Широкое использование антидепрессантов в различных областях медицины и, как правило, длительные сроки их применения заставляют всё чаще говорить о соотношении “пользы / риска” при их назначении. В частности, привлекает большое внимание вопрос о том, в какой степени приём антидепрессантов связан с повышением риска суицидальности. Целью исследования являлось проведение несистематического обзора и анализа литературы на тему связи антидепрессивной терапии и риска суицидального поведения. Результаты продемонстрировали, что оригинальные исследования выполнены с использованием неоднородной методологии и сопровождались противоречивыми выводами. По одним данным, риск суицида при применении антидепрессантов повышается в молодом возрасте и возрасте, старше 65 лет. Возникновение суицидальных мыслей при назначении антидепрессантов редко встречается у взрослых, и обычно имеет тенденцию к прогрессивному ослаблению в первые 4-6 недель лечения. К наиболее строгим предикторам возникновения суицидальных идей и попыток суицида на фоне терапии антидепрессантами относятся такие факторы, как начало терапии с высоких доз, отсутствие ответа на лечение, наличие попыток суицида в прошлом, коморбидная соматическая патология и злоупотребление психоактивными веществами...
