This problem was considered by us in the issues of psychopathic states of cerebral-organic origin (ascribed by G. E. Sukhareva to the group of organic psychopathy and treated in the International Classifications of Diseases Tenth Revision - ICD-10 as organic personality disorder - F07.0). In cases studied we revealed presence of a complex of symptoms, which is described as organic neuropathy syndrome, which distinguishes the clinical picture of the first stage of organic psychopathy formation characterized by low specificity and polymorphism.
