Concept of damage at involvement of the employer to liability before the worker under the Russian labor law

Purpose: Consideration of the concept «damage» at involvement of the employer to liability before the worker under the Russian labor law. Methodology: Formal-legal and comparative methods, the analysis, synthesis were used. Results: In article the theoretical questions connected with understanding of category of damage in the context of liability of the employer before the worker are considered.
