Concept and system of banking crimes

Purpose: Analysis of the banking sector as a specific type of activity in carrying out banking operations, as well as an object of criminal law protection. Methodology: Legalistic, comparative and systematic research methods were used. Results: Specifics of legal regulation and provision of security in the banking sector, especially of countering criminal threats, were determined. Novelty/originality/value: The article has scientific value and novelty, as the author proposes his concepts of security in the banking sphere and of the specific object of banking crimes. The author also justifies a classification of crimes committed in banking.
