The paper introduces into scientific discourse artifacts of the Sauromatian period from burials 3/4, 4/4 and burial 6/2 at the Krivaya Luka XI kurgan cemetery excavated by the Volga Archaeological Expedition of the Institute of Archaeology, Academy of Sciences of the USSR, and Lomonosov State University in the Chernyy Yar district, Astrakhan Region in 1975. Regarding funeral rites and grave goods all examined burials can be dated to the first half of the 5th century BC. Burial 3/4, probably, has an earlier chronological position relative to burial 4/4 and burial 6/2.
