Work with gifted children as the direction of postgraduate studies of teachers

The following article represents the experience of regional Scientific and Methodological Center in the sphere of working with gifted children. We state the primary development trends that our center develops: scientific, methodological, practical, and pedagogical directions. We demonstrate the role of data bank “Gifted children of the Ulyanovsk region” in organizing the work of gifted children's tracking done by our organization.
