Рак легкого (РЛ) является наиболее часто встречающейся злокачественной опухолью и ведущей причиной смертности, обусловленной онкологическими заболеваниями по всему миру. Частота летальных исходов вследствие РЛ сопоставима с совокупной частотой случаев смерти от опухолей предстательной железы, толстой кишки и поджелудочной железы [10]. Около 85% этих опухолей являются немелкоклеточным раком легкого (НМРЛ). Хотя операция рассматривается как оптимальное лечение, только в 25-30% случаев опухоли потенциально резектабельны. 5-летняя выживаемость после оперативного вмешательства для патологической Ia стадии НМРЛ составляет до 73%, и 25% для патологической IIIa стадии [3]. Только 31% - 40% пациентов, нуждающихся в проведении адъювантной химиотерапии (АХТ), получают это лечение [5]
