The aim of the work is to develop a method of motion rehabilitation of volleyball players after shoulder injuries by using various means of physical education in combination with exercises on a specialized training device. To achieve this goal, the authors developed and tested the method of motion rehabilitation in the postoperative period for volleyball players in medical and pedagogical practice. The peculiarity of this method is its natural-biological content, since one of the main functions inherent in every living organism is used for therapeutic purposes - the function of movement [7]. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed method of rehabilitation treatment, the Constant-Murley scale was used [10]. This questionnaire combines objective and subjective indicators and allows you to comprehensively, including the opinion of the patient, monitor the patient's condition and evaluate the achieved result of treatment. It is established that the consistent use of physical exercises for flexibility, strength, strength endurance, coordination abilities, exercises, close to sports specialization in combination with classes on a specialized machine increases the effectiveness of treatment and allows you to speed up the recovery of motor functions of the shoulder after injury.
