Participatory social technologies for municipal making decisions in foreign countries

Partisipative style of municipal management assumes active involvement of citizens in management and use of social technologies. The article reviews participatory social technologies for municipal making decisions, which have shown their effectiveness in countries such as France, the USA, Germany and Canada, and which can also be used in the management practice of the municipal government of the Russian Federation.
