Relevance. The article shows that some fitness programs cannot provide a comprehensive health-improving impact on exercisers. It actualizes the integrated use of different fitness programs in training. Therefore, the effectiveness of the cumulative solution of personally significant social, health and developmental tasks for 30-40 year-old women, focused on the optimization of the body weight, correction of problem zones, health improvement, expansion of circle of contacts, development of physical qualities, stress relief and provision of longevity, specialists associate with the development of methods of combining programs of different fitness directions.
