Peculiarities of social-psychological adaptation of migrants (literature review)

Research objective - to study features of socially-psychological adaptation of migrants on materials of domestic and foreign publications. The problem of socio-psychological adaptation of migrants is relevant at all times, it does not lose its importance and topicality even today, when people leave their homes for a number of different reasons, both compulsorily and voluntarily. This category of people is in a vulnerable position, as it is detached from the familiar environment, from the native culture, loses its "support" in life and faces a crisis related to migration. It is known that the quality of further life depends on the success of the adaptation process, and when adapting to a new environment, migrants meet with problems of both a social and a psychological nature.
