The article reveals the factors instigating negative tendencies and processes of a social and psychological climate: authoritarian harsh management, most subordinates’ disrespect to their chief, overestimated requirements to the subordinates lacking encouragement, exceeding official powers, disregarding subordinates’ professional and socially-psychological problems, pursuing for criticism, favouritism etc.
