Specifics of rehabilitation of educators with adjustment disorders and cardiovascular pathology

In the framework of the technology of personalized therapy of educators with adjustment disorders and associated somatic disorders (arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease), the individualized differentiated treatment and rehabilitation programs were developed. The clinical profiles and variants of the course of adaptation disorders that take into account clinical, sociopsychological criteria, individual psychological characteristics of the participants in the pedagogical process and the specificity of their work were described. The introduction of this technology will increase the efficiency of early diagnosis of adjustment disorders, prevent their prolonged duration with somatization of mental symptoms, reduce the risk of the formation of pathocharacterological development of the personality and conduct psychotherapy based on the analysis of socio-psychological criteria.
