Peculiarities of legal regime of energy resources

Purpose: To study on the improvement of the energy legislation, the establishment of its integrated system, which will provide a legal energy the rule of law in Russia. Methodology: We used the dialectical, formal-legal and analytical methods. Results: The article focuses on peculiarities of legal regime of energy resources to bring energy legislation to a whole system designed on the basis of General economic and legal concept of the development of energy legislation. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific value and practical significance.
