Features of the organization and management of the system of physical culture and sports in socio-economic conditions on the example of the Orel region

In the article, the author analyzes the problem of physical culture and sports as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle in socio-economic conditions. Currently, physical culture and sports services are an important factor in physical and spiritual education and human development, strengthening the health of the nation, social prevention of diseases, formation of human capital, prolonging creative longevity, active recreation of the population, strengthening the country's defense potential. The structure of physical culture and sports management in the Orel region is presented, the main components of the sphere of physical culture and sports, the directions of their activities, functions, tasks and expected results are determined, and the levels and stages of sports training are described, depending on the goals in the training system of the sports reserve in the territory of the Orel region.
