Features of the appeal of judicial acts in economic (arbitration) legal proceedings of republic of Belarus

Purpose: Research of features of system of the appeal of judicial resolutions for development of measures on improvement of the procedural legislation. Methodology: Methodological basis scientific works in the field of civil and arbitration processes made, judicial systems. Work is prepared on the basis of the analysis of literary and standard sources. Methods of the analysis and synthesis, comparative jurisprudence, historical and legal and formally legal methods were used. Results: In article features of functioning in Republic of Belarus systems of the appeal (audit) of judicial resolutions on economic disputes are considered. Subjects of excitement are defined; the content of appeal, cassation and supervising verification of acts of justice on economic disputes is opened. The analysis of the existing legislation in a context of the changes made at the end of 2013 - the beginning of 2014 in judicial system of this country is made. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider changes in judicial and legal system of Belarus connected with improvement organization of judicial authority on economic disputes.
