Особенности молодых людей с самоповреждениями и предшествующими попытками в остром суицидальном кризисе

Несуицидальные самоповреждения и суицидальные мысли являются серьёзной медицинской проблемой, поскольку несут в себе риск суицида. Цель исследования: изучить психологические характеристики суицидальных пациентов в остром психологическом кризисе, имеющих или не имеющих опыт суицидальных попыток, практикующих или не практикующих несуицидальные самоповреждения. Участники: В исследовании участвовали 146 пациентов, 105 женщин (72%) и 41 мужчина, возраст от 16 до 48 лет (средний - 23,1±5,9). 59 пациентов не практиковали несуицидальные самоповреждения, у 87 такой опыт был. Попытки суицида совершали 73 человека (50%), из них 25 человек совершили несколько попыток. Методики: Опросники «Сочувствие к себе», «Будущее “я”», «Воспринимаемая социальная поддержка», «Опыт близких отношений», шкалы «Позитивного прошлого» и «Негативного прошлого» «Опросника временной перспективы Ф. Зимбардо», «Почти совершенная шкала», «Шкала безнадежности А. Бека», «Шкала душевной боли». Анализ данных производился в программе SPSS 20.0...
