The author substantiates the need to increase the national economic efficiency of each industry and each sphere in the context of the interrelation of its employees’ professionalism and the ultimate enterprise efficiency for the reporting period. The studies made by the author in the field of personnel management of organizations reliably testify to the effect of the staff’s competence in a company (organization, institution) on labor productivity in carrying out job descriptions, as well as in adapting to rapidly changing factors and characteristics of professional activity in the current position. The article analyzes the state of the market for additional professional educational services. The author focuses his attention on the system features of additional professional education and the need to form strategic planning and tactics for marketing and communicational activities in promoting these educational services under modern business conditions. The additional professional education and trainings consider being an integral element of the continuing education system. The article discusses possible actions aimed at increasing the demand for the services of an institution of additional edu-cation. The article analyzes the main marketing communications of an educational institution. Based on the study, the author identifies the factors affecting the promotion of educational services and gives recommendations the development of marketing communications of additional professional education. The author also emphasizes the main ways of promot-ing the services of additional professional education.
