Specific features of dynamics indicators of physical preparedness of 6-7 year-old children in the annual cycle of the process of physical education in preschool educational organizations

Relevance. At present, in the system of education and upbringing of preschoolers, special attention is paid to the problem of the formation and development of personal physical education, integrated, combining intellectual, motivational-need and personal biological components. At the same time, the biological component itself, according to many scientists, is the basic one, the main goal of which is to increase the level of physical and motor preparedness of preschoolers. This article presents a fragment of the results of many years of research on the problem of the joint development of the basic components of the biological component of personal physical education of 6-7 year-old pupils of both sexes of preschool educational organizations. At the same time, it reflects the results of preliminary examinations of children, characterizing the assessment of the peculiarities of the dynamics of their physical preparedness indicators. Research aim is to reveal specific features of dynamics indicators of physical preparedness of 6-7 year-old children in the annual cycle of the process of physical education in preschool educational organizations. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing of the level of physical preparedness, polydynamometry, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. The data obtained indicate the presence of multidirectional trends in the dynamics of indicators of physical preparedness of 6-7 year-old children in the course of physical education in preschool educational organizations, including significant positive changes in the parameters of speed-strength preparedness (boys and girls), coordination preparedness (boys and girls), strength training (boys); lack of reliable positive changes in active flexibility parameters (boys and girls), strength training (girls). Conclusion. The data obtained allow to formulate a particular conclusion about the insufficient degree of effectiveness in the process of physical education and sports education of preschool children of pedagogical influences, aimed at the development of such physical qualities as active flexibility, coordination abilities and strength endurance of 6-7 years-old children, which are the basis for the formation of the majority of vital motor skills and abilities. They make it necessary to improve the efficiency of the used specialized tools and methods, corresponding to gender and age characteristics and capabilities of preschoolers of both sexes.
