The article studies and analyses the problem of social and psychological climate, discloses problems of its management in enterprises. The characteristics of the vectors are given and the process of organizational changes is analyzed, the importance of this problem is proved. The definition of the category "organizational changes" is given and their place in the management system of the enterprise is shown. It was stated that the efficiency of measures of organizational changes in many aspects is determined by a positive social and psychological climate in the process of the changes implementation. In the course of the study the conception of creation and support of the social and economic climate in the general structure of organizational management was studied. The definition of the social and psychological climate was given and prerequisites for its development in modern enterprises are revealed.
