Optimization of the structure choice of flexible cluster interaction of digital logistic process controls in the organizational system

The article proposes an optimization approach to the choice of the structure of digital management of the logistics process in the organizational system. Multiple choice is one of the characteristic features of the digitalization of the logistics process. The variety of options is determined by the structure of the interaction of digital controls used at the level of the control center and objects of the organizational system. In this case, two fixed options for the management structure are possible. Centralized and decentralized. Variability is inherent in the cluster structure of organizing the interaction of digital means. Each version of flexible cluster interaction differs in the values of economic, time and reliability indicators. The need to choose the best option leads to a bicriteria optimization model with constraints on the set of alternative variables. For the algorithmization of management decision-making based on the constructed optimization models, it is advisable to use a three-level iterative process of randomized search, combined with expert assessment based on visual images. Upon completion of the iterative process, the final choice of the structure of digital management of the logistics process in the organizational system is carried out.
