Policy on remuneration is an important component of modern enterprise management in market economy conditions. The level of salaries depends on the efficiency of the enterprise itself and every member of the workforce. Salaries are closely linked to productivity. As a major source of income for workers, salaries are a reward for labor, a form of material incentive. Wages and salaries are an effective motivational factor, a major incentive towards the rational use of the workforce.
