Operative environmental control of atmospheric pollution of the local urbanized territories

The article presents a system of operational environmental monitoring of local air pollution of urban areas, consisting of five main steps: registration, collection of priori information, on-site visit to the alleged pollution with a mobile environmental laboratory for the simultaneous rapid analysis and sampling of ambient air and industrial emissions, the analysis of the research results and delivery protocols, reports and recommendations to the applicant, which are the basis for further decisions adopted by relevant authorities.
