Operational and innovative process of corporation: planning and assessment paradigm

Modern production, innovative processes in industrial corporations differ in complex nature of modern technologies and organizational decisions. Adequate methodological approaches to their analysis and an efficiency assessment are required. These are directly correlated to justification of the strategic direction of the enterprise development and ensuring its competitiveness that is impossible to be implemented without development and use of effective tools and procedures to analyze innovations in the industrial companies. The author suggests the concept of the operational and innovative program for which the theoretical and methodological principles are formulated and the system posing of general goals, which is aimed to optimize the use of resources on different criteria, including: investment, financial, technological, production and information capabilities of corporation.
