Evaluation of the competence of “effective communication” using the method of modeling exercises in the center of evaluation

This article describes the modeling exercises tested in the pilot and the main center of evaluation: report (exercise “Self-presentation”), group discussion with unallocated roles (exercise “Baby”), role-playing game (exercise “Conversation”) and slalom (exercise “Slalom”) which allow to evaluate the competence of “effective communication” of the applicants for the position of a manager or the people already working on this staff positions
