Assessing the effectiveness of personnel controlling of the enterprise

The article deals with measures for the application of various personnel technologies in state organizations. The author identifies possible development prospects for existing personnel technologies and the application of more innovative ones, able of making the work on personnel management more perfect and simple, in terms of its perception and evaluation. The article presents measures and performance indicators of activities proposed by human resources technologies. The author calculates values of applying the integrated assessment, the qualification exam and the performance indicators. The author based on analysis makes conclusions on the proposed measures. Objectives for the survival strategy of an economic entity imply operational implementation, taking into account the preservation of management potential and controlling the activities of the enterprise, including personnel. In order to further improve personnel controlling, it can be recommended to pay more attention to improving personnel practices that meet the requirements of modern conditions: risk assessment, market, marketing information, and the mechanisms development to ensure the enterprise’s competitiveness...
