Assessment of income and wages as criteria for the standard of living of the population of the region (based on the materials of the Kursk region)

The assessment of the level and dynamics of income and wages of the population of the Kursk region was carried out. The uneven level of wages and the impact of the pandemic factor on the shift in the structure of wages in the region are shown. A comparison of income and wages with the level of consumer prices, as well as an assessment of the differentiation of the population by income groups are given. The role of social policy, including in the field of employment, in adjusting the standard of living of the population of the region is considered.
