Фталаты (диэфиры фталевой кислоты) используются в качестве пластификаторов при производстве полимерных материалов, широкое применение которых привело к повсеместному загрязнению фталатами окружающей среды, продуктов питания, питьевой воды и биологических сред человека. Токсическое действие фталатов связано с нарушениями функции эндокринной системы, синтеза инсулина, репродуктивной токсичностью, возникновением аллергических реакций и бронхиальной астмы у детей и с другими заболеваниями. Основным источником действия фталатов на здоровье населения, в первую очередь детей, являются продукты питания. Для оценки риска неблагоприятного воздействия фталатов на детей необходима информация о содержании этих соединений в продуктах детского питания. С целью разработки высокочувствительной и селективной методики определения фталатов в продуктах детского питания проведен обзор научно-технической литературы по методам определения фталатов в продуктах питания для детей раннего возраста (молочных смесях, молочных кашах и мясных консервах)...
