The appeal of the verdict, entered into legal force

Purpose: To study is to examine the lawyer features of a sentence that entered into legal force. Methodology: This article used normative legal documents. Results: In article problems of interaction of the advocate with the client at making decision on submission of the complaint to the sentence which has taken legal effect are considered and author’s conclusions on the matters are formulated.
