The article deals with the evaluation and measurement of progress in the implementation of supplementary educational programs. The objective assessment of the educational outcomes quality and criteria developed are the necessary characteristics for education management of further education. Search and identification of universal and understandable criteria, quality indicators of performing activity, formation of the aesthetic competencies are within the range of innovative developments of the educational system. Comparison of the performance with unified standards (criteria, quality indicators) creates necessary conditions for ensuring the quality of educational activity results, teaching conditions required for the description of the educational standard.
