Educational environment of the Kuban State Physical Education, Sports and Tourism University students' professionally oriented volunteer training

Significant changes have been made in the system of physical education and sports in recent years which had a great impact on the public consciousness, understanding and recognition of their importance. The reason for these changes was in the holding in Russia of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014 in Sochi. Realizing possibilities of this event in the current and perspective development of the state and society, long before the beginning, their success was connected with the quality of the legacy usage which remains after them. At the same time the legacy means its tangible and intangible results and resources. Qualitative applying of the Sochi Games legacy is an important political challenge for Russia. Volunteer movement among students is one of the intangible legacies which is essential from the point of view of formation of personality and professional training of physical education specialists. The article describes pedagogical experience of volunteer training of the Kuban State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism students. The directions of this work, the structure of the educational environment of professionally-oriented volunteer training were determined and the effectiveness of the proposed model was experimentally proved.
