Generalized service life distribution function for instruments and assemblies of orbital stations

Generalized distribution function has been developed for service life of elements within Russian orbital stations. The function takes into account the physics of the failure process and can be used for evaluating reliability of an orbital station, as well as for predicting failure flow characteristics and providing support for space station scheduled maintenance.
